The company hires over 750 swimming pools across the UK and Ireland and has a workforce of circa 805 teachers, business owners and administrators. It currently teachers over 48,000 babies and toddlers each week and works extensively with major leisure brands and national governing bodies of sport.In 2014 the company was re-organised into a Group structure with a new parent company Water Babies Holding Ltd and included x 4 trading subsidiaries, Water Babies Ltd, Water Bumps Ltd, Little Swimmington (Property Development Co), and Water Babies International Ltd with new international territories identified to include China,Canada, New Zealand, Netherlands, Germany and Austria.
