 Leadership in delivering a range of participation objectives and assume the role of General Manager in absence. Oversee Multiple Licenced venues  Increase membership by overseeing, increasing and continuously improving Volleyball SA pathway competitions.o Expand the State League and Junior League competitions by engaging with and influencing local clubs.o Formulate and Implement Sporting Schools program including strategies to transition new participants into the existing Volleyball SA programs. Deliver and manage the Regional Reconnect and Club Development Programs, designed to enhance engagement and ensure growth of regional and local partners. Oversee all Participation Matters for Volleyball SA while working closely with Volleyball Australia and other stakeholders.

Delivering exceptional customer service to Competitors and Officials, providing administrative support and working closely with stakeholders to meet time critical goals during the Olympic and Paralympic Games. An amazing experience which changed my career focus to Sports Administration.
