    Project Developmemt for HACCP certified processing facility in Bismuna Laguna, Nicaragua. Project will include both economic and social community development with focus on modernizing 50 miles of Coastal fishing area of Northeastern Nicaragua coast line. Project will address both economic and social community development of over 1800 fishermen living in over 14 remote communities. Most without electricity or any food safety training of support structure. This project will be heavily embedded within the villages to effect positive economic and social development. It will be important to network with all leadership structures in each and every village community. Providing logistical support for the over 1800 fishermen and much needed jobs for the over 2600 family members associated with the fishermen that are currently unemployed. This is the most remote area of Nicaragua with the majority of village communities completely landlocked with only ocean or estuary access for food and life support items. This entire area sees fishermen currently working to only catch enough seafood daily to feed their families. There is a unique opportunity to develop fishery operations partnered with traditional food and staple supply goods distribution for the entire 1100 sq mile area of Northwestern coastal Nicaragua. Product development includes both Saltwater and Brackish water species. Target species include all Caribbean fisheries products including premium Yellowtail Snapper, Red Snapper, all other snapper species, Grouper, Red Drum, Ciobia, Shark, Sea Cucumbers, Caribbean Lobster, Swordfish and all Caribbean fisheries products. Lagoons cover over 110 sq miles and will produce commercial levels of Robalo (Black Snook), Blue Crab, Shrimp and Oysters. These are the startup target species for sustainable fishing practices development. This project will be the only commercial Seafood processing and distribution operation operating along the entire 50 mile coastline area.

Future expansion plans also include the development of a Mariculture park dedicated to product development partners an Research and Development companies looking to partner with our company to develop unique product development from the processing byproduct already identified as potential resources for both the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry. The Mariculture park will also create opportunity for networking with academic and conservation organizations from both state and national intuitions dedicated to sustainable fisheries and wildlife conservation such as Sea Turtle conservation. This will also include the development of new data resource foundations dedicated to sustainable fishing practices necessary to protect our natural fishery resources for future generations of fishermen.
