Clients: Audi of America / Air Jordan- Responsible for the daily management of all aspects of website maintenance and development of a premium global brand (Audi of America).- Accountable for the coordinated management of multiple projects, simultaneously. This includes all tasks related to launch, maintenance and enhancements of medium sized to large web experiences.- Defined and initiated new projects.This includes defining project scope, creating schedules and budgets, writing SOW’s, researching external vendors, vetting the technical specs, defining system requirements and execution of approved projects.- Managed the content within system databases, planned and tracked progress for internal teams across several disciplines including Creatives, Technology, QA, UX, Analytics and SEO.- Worked with Resource Management to staff projects, worked with Account Executives to identify initiatives and deliverables, oversee budgets, schedules and assessed risk during the course of project development.
