Policies, Standards and Procedures, Project Risk Registers, Safety Management Plans, HSE assurance programs, Emergency Response Plans, Safe Work Method Statements, Call off Orders, behavioural based programs and bridging documentation.Monitor, identify and report on HSE matters, preparing monthly lead & lag safety performance data highlighting trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.Analysing the projects HSE training needs, and implementing effective training solutions. Develop training programs which embed the CPECC / WDS HSE policies and procedures, compliant with defined training competency standards and regulatory obligations.

The position reported to the General Manager of Operations and indirectly to the Chief Executive (Energy Division), requiring a major focus on continual WHS improvement throughout the business of which included oversight of the operations risk management framework, safety systems development and review, maintaining lead & lag time statistical data, injury management, health and wellbeing monitoring, auditing and incident analysis.
