Led and managed a staff of 25 for the finance and accounting departments. A significant part of this role was the integration of properties and portfolios of properties acquired by the company. Responsible for all financial reporting, SEC compliance (10K, 10Q, 8-K, proxy, registration statements, quarterly supplemental package, earnings press release and joint venture financial statements), tax compliance and transaction structuring.

Responsible for management of client relationships and professional staff on real estate audit and special project engagements. Clients were small and large, private and public companies including Mack-Cali Realty, WP Carey, Sentinel Real Estate and EMCOR. Managed 4 to 12 accounting professionals per engagement.
