I have personally solicited, negotiated, and closed more than 2,500 loans totaling more than $12 Billion in commercial real estate, financing everything from Retail, Hotels, Multifamily and Construction. Working at Meridian gives me access to the benefits of a high-volume shop that closes loans with more than 250 lenders a year. Every good broker requires understanding and connecting with clients, starting with their specific needs or goals for the financing, then finding the right lenders for each project. My particular strength is in loan structuring, finding creative ways to tailor loans to each need. Our volume often allows us the ability to work with our lenders in coming up with truly innovative mortgage products previously unavailable, which we are then able to add to our menu. This has been the evolving goal of the company. As Managing Director of Meridians Co-Op Select Division, my team and I work with many dedicated co-op board members who aren't always finance professionals or familiar with the market for underlying co-op loans. Our biggest opportunity is in making sure we understand their specific co-ops short & long term financial goals, as well as spending all of the time necessary to make sure they see and understand all of the options available to them. In that way we help make a difference in shareholders lives, and give them all of the tools to accomplish their entire financing wishlist. We have had the honor of financing iconic co-ops like The Dakota, The San Remo, The Schwab House, Park City Estates in Rego Park, The Windsor & Woodstock in Tudor City, Fordham Hill in The Bronx, and many many others.
