Steven is the President and Founder of LeverEdge Consulting. As an organizational consultant and executive coach with over 40 years in the field of human behavior, he applies his expertise in the areas of senior team alignment and effectiveness, executive coaching and development, leading organizations through cultural and organizational change, and building ethics and values into the enterprise from the boardroom to the "shop floor". He has been an Executive Coach at the Aresty Institute for Executive Leadership at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business, a lecturer at Temple University’s Fox School of Business and a featured speaker at numerous seminars and workshops. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, a Master's Degree in Psychology & Psycho-Educational Processes, a Ph.D. in Psychology, and Certification in Family Therapy.
