Steven Gluckstein formed Seaview Global Advisors, LLC in early 2009 as an SEC registered investment advisor. Mr. Gluckstein was formerly a Managing Director at Oppenheimer & Co. Bleichroeder, Inc., an institutional brokerage and asset management firm with European roots dating back to the start of the 19th century. While there, Mr. Gluckstein quickly became a widely recognized senior global equities analyst, covering a wide range of manufacturing, technology and service companies—eventually becoming Director of Research. With 26 years experience in equity research, Mr. Gluckstein has extensively travelled to over 30 countries reviewing and analyzing investment opportunities. Mr. Gluckstein also has ten years of wide ranging industrial experience in the manufacturing sector, which earned him senior member status in The Society of Manufacturing Engineers. He was chief operating officer of a Midwest U.S.-based manufacturer of welding consumables that also performed contract welding maintenance throughout the eastern United States. For several years, he also operated his own business selling industrial welding & high strength molecular repair materials and providing emergency shutdown services. Mr. Gluckstein’s most recent manufacturing experience was as executive vice president of a Michigan-based manufacturer of robotic end effectors for the Detroit automotive community and General Electric’s aircraft engine business group.
