• 787 Aft Body Structures Engineering DAE• Design Lead – Section 48 Fwd - 787-10 Tailskid Support Structure and Maintenance Platform• Lead, prepare and coordinate high complexity large scale integration detail, assembly & installation design layouts for NRPD• Lead, prepare and coordinate integrated schedules to support -10 baseline 3 and 2 position releases• Lead, prepare and coordinate detailed statement of work for design team• Developed build plan and integration methodology for first ever production tailskid on composite AC

• Thorough knowledge of the investment casting process and associated technology. • Work closely with the directional solidification process of Nickel based super-alloys.• Modify or improve existing tooling for process control/improvements and increased quality. • Utilize AutoCAD to design fixtures and produce engineering drawings.• Create and revise Product Definition.

• Perform laboratory development validation testing on prototype fuel injection systems. • Design fixtures to constrain prototypes and create cyclic test parameters to simulate scenarios. • Collect and prepare test data analysis to engineering group for customer submission. • Assemble prototype fuel rail samples for General Motors, Ford, Jaguar, and Chrysler.• Perform detailed brazing and machining of components to assist in assembly process. • Utilize Bridgeport mill, and manual lathe to fabricate necessary fixtures for assembly.

• Transport large commercial vessels utilizing 35 ton Marine Travel-lift Straddle Crane. • Transport personal watercraft utilizing 22,000-lb. lift capacity forklifts.• Perform maintenance on diesel engines and hydraulics of forklifts and crane.• Operate backhoe, tracked bulldozer, bobcat loader, and grading machinery.

• Repair, rebuild, install, and adjust various components of tracked heavy equipment.• Perform basic repairs and maintenance on Cummins diesel engines.• Provide tactical support for operations overseas.• Certified swim qualification annually, full gear.• Certified surf qualification bi-annually, full gear.• CPR certified every 2 years.
