There is a saying "failure to plan is planning to fail" and I believe it and keep that motto close at hand to ensure I uncover and manage all potential pit falls and blind spots.Through agile, hybrid, RUP, iterative and waterfall Project Management Lifecycle paradigms, I am able to quickly morph between methodologies and understand the vast experiences team members bring to ensure all factors are incorporated throughout the project life cycle.
