I took the position of COO at Fusion Hospitality to structure and oversee the running and delivery of 25,000 dining covers in a 4 week period over November & December in central London at 4 locations and the management of around 150 staff. In 2014 we have grown some 60% both in terms of covers and turnover. This November and December we are approaching 40,000 covers over the same period. 2015 is looking like an even more exciting year.Following on from this successful period, we are embarking on as predicted a very exciting 2015, we are now managing and running 7 sites across London and have continued to see YOY growth at a steady rate. 2015 Christmas period stands to be the busiest yet. The team is growing and this year we will have in excess of 300 staff working for the 4 weeks period.

I set up and ran the UK's first Hot Tub rental business. We hired and installed hot tubs into peoples homes or offices for a minimum of 3 day hire period up to long term rents. We promoted them to the private and events sector. I sold the business before setting up Zest.

I worked looking after a range of VIP's from A-list celebs to multi billionaire Sultans. Ensuring their nights went to perfection. A memorable night was looking after P-diddy at the infamous Radio 1 party that went out live! Followed by one hell of an after party!
