• FINISHED & RAW GOODS INVENTORY MANAGEMENT – Manage inventory of organic fruit at three different cooler locations. Manage inventory and reconciliation vs. sales purchases each day. Collaboratively developed inventory management solutions with outside coolers and internal teams to meet the needs of all users. • GROWER RELATIONS – Manage grower relations and purchasing for all avocado growers in US and Mexico. Includes management of Earthbound Farm avocado program P&L. • COMMODITY REPACK OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT – Manage cooler repack operations to customer orders and current inventories. Work collaborately with on-site QA departments to meet all internal and customer specs. • SALES OPERATIONS & CUSTOMER SERVICE –Develop and repack SKUs in collaborate with sales team to fulfill customer needs and increase the depth of customer orders. • FORECASTING - Forecast customer needs with sales team and work with import sourcing to fulfill incoming orders. • COMMODITY TRANSPORTATION – Oversee commodity transfers, delivery and distributions.
