Market area is APAC(China, Japan, Korea, India, SEA and ANZ); Product cover Pump/motor/cylinder which mainly used in mobile piston applications; commercial excellence point to leading CRM,OBIEE, Powersource systems user training, implementation and problem solving. And annually customer relationship review(CRR) also included. Detailed working descriptions including but not limited as below,1. Market development: Market size analysis for both whole market and specific market based on detailed product portfolio(such as high pressure Pump/motor); Conduct to define target industry/segment/application and target customer list on the basis of APAC strategy and product features related; Conduct VOC for target customers to ensure customer demands(tech spec, price level, delivery requirement, warranty and service). Taking actions to meet customer demand, such as Mapping existed product features, NPD or Localization. Aim to win more market share together with sales revenue growth.2. Product Management: Supporting global PM making product strategy and roadmap and leading to execution/implementation in APAC; Leading to make and revise regularly for marketing documents like catalog, price list, service manual, application guidance; Organize and conducting training of exist product/application and new product launch to internal/external audiences. Leverage Eaton Tech Day, Bauma/PTC exhibition to launch product and solutions; regularly join global PGT meeting and organize APAC PGT.3. Commercial Excellence：Responsible for CRM(including C360, OBIEE, Powersource) systems user training, implementation and problem solving. Regular output monthly sales report(by country/product line) and Sales opportunities report to AP management team based on above mentioned system data. In the meanwhile, I am also in charge of annually customer relationship review(CRR) implementation in APAC.
