Steven M. Harper is an attorney in Miami fluent in Spanish whose practice areas are domestic and international corporate law and transactions, especially those involving aircraft, vessels and residential and commercial real estate.His work deals generally with the domestic, inbound or outbound transfer of rights to assets. He has represented US and foreign entities, financial institutions and high net worth individuals in the purchase, sale, lease, and/or finance of assets such as corporate jets, helicopters, motor yachts, single family homes, residential condominiums and commercial office space.
