MBA summer intern assigned to Project Link on the Access and Energy team. Conceptualized and developed feature prototypes for a software product built on Google Maps that would help internet service providers in Kampala, Uganda locate and prioritize potential small-to-medium sized business customers for Google's fiber internet service.

Coordinated, facilitated, and ensured proper completion of Unit Status Report (USR) requirements for all units in the 10th Sustainment Brigade. Guided and trained company Executive Officers in tasks associated with USR through extensive technical knowledge of the online reporting system and briefing procedures. Prepared error-free PowerPoint presentations and assisted the Brigade Commander in briefing the Division Commander on a monthly basis.

Managed and supervised work flow through 4 commodity shops including over 100 personnel specializing in automotive, communications and electronics, ground support equipment, and small arms repair. Also served as Officer in Charge of a Maintenance Support Team consisting of 40 Soldiers while deployed to Afghanistan in 2012.

I was second in command of the 514th Support Maintenance Company. My primary duties were as the Maintenance Officer, Supply Officer, and Safety Officer for the company. I was responsible for all organic maintenance, executing the Commander's Supply Discipline Program, the Company Safety Program, and assisted the Commander in administrative matters and decision making.

As a Platoon Leader I was responsible for the health and welfare of approximately 30 Soldiers. I ensured that my platoon met all training and administrative requirements. As platoon leader I ran 6 live ranges for weapon systems including the M16A2/ M4, M249, and M2 .50 Cal. I also planned and ran a week long Field Training Exercise for 150 Soldiers in my company.
