I am passionate about the potential technology has to change the way we work, and play. As such I am an advocate for collaboration across the technology ecosystem in order to bring that change to our clients and into our homes in a way that delivers on that potential.From my early days in supply chain operations through to my commercial and information systems audit, I have always been interested in the interplay of humans and systems to deliver intended outcomes. Over the past 10 years, I have focused on working with our technology partners to ensure we have the ‘right’ commercial contracts in place that align client, partner, and Accenture’s interest’s through sales to delivery. I Lead a European-wide team that manages the buy-side commercial negotiations with new and existing ecosystem partners needed by Accenture client account teams in order to jointly meet client business needs.As part of industry developments, I have participated on behalf of the BSI (British Standards Institute) in the ISO research group for ITC Governance, fast-tracking the Australian Standard for ICT corporate governance to the ISO standard ISO 38500. He also helped The British Office of Government Commerce (OGC) revise the ITIL SAM guide to align it with ITIL version 3 and is cited as a contributor to the guide.Specialties: IT Service Management, Sourcing, Procurement, and IT Governance.
