I have a wealth of personal experience and growth as a Hotel Operations Manager. In the early stages of my career, I held the position of Hotel Manager, responsible for managing day-to-day operational affairs. In this position, I learned how to effectively organize and manage the various operations of the hotel and accumulated rich experience in team management.With the passage of time, I was promoted to the position of Hotel Operations Manager, responsible for the daily operation and management of the entire hotel. In this role, I not only need to focus on the operations of the Front Office, Rooms and Food & Beverage departments, but also need to develop and implement the hotel's marketing and sales strategies. By working closely with the team, I ensure that the quality of all hotel services is up to standard, and continuously improve and optimize the service process. At the same time, I am also responsible for formulating and executing the hotel's operating budget and cost control strategies to ensure the hotel's operational efficiency.
