Planning primary collections from suppliers and shipping them to the main land UK. Planning to over 230 Supervalu, Centra & Mace stores across N.I and back hauling from the R.O.I with a Delivery on Time percentage of 98%. Managing the hours of 55 drivers both class 1 & class 2, according to CPC regulations and working time directive. Working within a planning team to make a transport operation reliable and efficient. Directly working alongside a warehouse team and transport team to ensure the over all logistics are viable. Developing Microsoft excel spreadsheets to increase the efficiency of the transport operation. Introducing ideas to save money and working inside a fixed budget.
