I have been protecting the rights of personal injury victims for more than 25 years, and have been helping people with their estate planning, wills and probate and Surrogate's Court matters for more than 23 years. I believe in personalized attention for my and my firm's clients. My goal is to build a long-term relationship with each and every one of them, that is based upon trust and professionalism. My clients come to understand that they are not simply clients, but part of my "legal family", and I feel proud and blessed every time one of them refers a family member or friend to me.I have a vast amount of litigation experience, from inception through trial (I have handled numerous jury trials and many arbitrations and mediations.) I also defend individuals and businesses without insurance, or with insufficient insurance, against whom negligence/personal injury claims have been made. Additionally, I engage in various complexities of estate planning, will drafting and trust formation, and also represent people in contested estate matters. I enjoy meeting with and helping people and families plan for the future, meet their goals and preserve their assets.My practice also includes a fair amount of real estate work, consisting primarily of the purchase and sale of houses, co-ops, condos and commercial real estate. My firm and I also work on criminal, commercial and other legal matters.
