- Delivering 15 projects across the U.K. within the banking sector primarily with Nationwide Building Society. Projects were halted in March 2020 due to the Covid-19 lockdown.- Managing from initial enquiry, quotations, final cost agreements, supply chain management from UK and EU, delivery, install and review.- This included loose and fixed furniture, wall mounted finishes and both internal and external signage. The average package per branch was £150k.- Submission of Risk Assessments and Method Statements, CDM documentation, access plans, fixings schedules and more to the main contractor within strict JCT timelines.

- Delivering 19 projects totaling £1.2 million per annum (generating £1.8m sales) of varying sizes and type including office fit out, internal warehouse construction, development kitchens, medical packing labs, external landscaping and retail areas. This includes managing some contracts via JCT alongside external institutional management oraganisations.- Working alongside the design team from concept to delivery of the project including enhancing the contract value with variations and additional requests.- Producing Health & Safety packs for submission to client and use on site including Risk Assessments & Method Statements and appropriate CDM documentation.- Submitting and managing Building Control and F10 applications when necessary.- Liaising directly with suppliers and subcontractors from initial enquiry to procurement, installation and finally invoicing.

- Delivering the new concept proposal for Maplin, Store of the Future alongside my Lead Project Manager role.• Phase 1 – Cambridge Beehive (£500K). Assisting with the delivery of the project framework, planning, contractors and costs resulting in a three-week closure spent on site, taking the unit back to shell before delivering a brand-new concept store within budget and timeframe.• Phase 2 – Delivering a phased trial rollout to five stores whilst making cost savings through value engineering and smart planning (£565k). This also included a direct report, project manager, who was trained by myself to assist in the delivery of this rollout.• Phase 3 – Undertaking a phased rollout to 20 stores over four waves incorporating all learnings, costs savings and smart planning (circa £2M). The project was live for 8 weeks before being suspended 2 weeks prior to undertaking construction work on site. The direct reports to myself was increased to 5 project managers due to the speed and nature of the rollout required.- Delivering multiple concession projects inside Maplin stores including 3x Phone Service Centers, iSmash phone repair centres and 4x Game units (£145K)

- Delivering approx. 15 large projects per year through new stores, relocation's and refurbishments totalling approx. £2.5M p.a. throughout the U.K. and R.O.I. This included part lease negotiations, developer shell specification negotiations through to practical completion, undertaking store fit out and merchandising of a new unit to store opening/re-opening.- Other Ad-Hoc projects: • LED lighting conversion across the estate, offices and distribution center (£1.02M) over 3 years. All testing, procurement, distribution and installation was kept in house without the need for an external lighting consultant. LuxLive published this as a unique undertaking never seen in the retail sector.• Fit out of the London Office (2 floors - £300k), multiple desk relays and then the 5th floor (160k).• Glasgow Airport, Maplin’s first (£240k) then Belfast Airport (£100k).• Sheffield Trade Counter, (£160k).• Signage rebrand of 110 stores (£120k).• Installation of new shop fronts, HVAC upgrades, dilapidations and small works.• Managing small rent reviews, party wall notices and property inspections with landlords.- Ensuring that all H&S, RAMS and any CDM regulations are submitted and adhered to.- Producing, managing and maintaining the framework, structure, costs, timeline and associated documentation of the project throughout its lifespan. All whilst working alongside all departments within Maplin, developers, managing agents, landlords, contractors and associates.- Vetting construction plans, assigning principal contractors, overseeing the construction of project to completion including internal fit out and final sign off whilst maintaining all budgets.- Undertaking a full tender process from inception to completion including awarding of contracts with turnkey contractors, safe suppliers, store security and estate maintenance.- Utilizing the Experian software & database to better understand our white gaps, potential opportunities and saturation levels for the estate.
