Manages the day-to-day facility operations of the office environment and Data Centre for the entire European region. Implements processes to better manage the administration, planning and financial needs of the facility. Monitors compliance with corporate policies and procedures. Major Accountabilities:• Manage performance of on-site facility management vendors• Manage all facilities services supporting the data centre and all critical environments.• Manage space planning for the office environment.• Develop, plan, and oversee facility capital improvement work.• Monitor compliance to corporate policies and procedures. • Responsible for tracking vendor performance, agreements and contracts.• Perform analyses to assist management in budgeting and strategic planning. • Prepare budget; financial and other standard monthly reports.• Provide additional financial services such as tracking of leases; depreciation schedules; financial and management reporting; KPIs; purchase requisition review and billing/invoice reconciliation.• Organize annual planning activities and business unit objective setting. • Write internal department communications; and tracks responses. • Produce ad hoc reports for management. • Presentations preparation.• Key point of contact for CPPT (Healthy & Safety Committee).

Reporting to the Operations Director I have responsibility for all the FM Operations and Maintenance activities including projects on behalf of a number of key EC Harris Clients. Liasing with staff at all levels including senior management at Partner level and external Consultants, Local Authorities and Statuary bodies. Responsibility for ensuring conformance to all corporate and local facilities related standards and legislation with respect to building engineering services. Producing, implementing, and monitoring annual planned maintenance programs and budgets for all items for all hard and soft services. Management of all aspects of outsourced resources, including contract negotiation financial and quality performance. Responsibilities include Budgets, Financial control, welfare and well being of team Personnel.
