Projects included $25M Alachua County Jail as the PE, $6M Library East Renovation as the PM, $3M IFAS Sea Food Laboratory as the PM, $3M Renal Dialysis Facility for Shands as the PM, $1m Shands Clinic at Haille Plantation, $21M Pasco County High School as PM.

Project Engineer on the $8M Criser Hall, University of Florida project. Project Manager on the $5M Reddick Elementary School, Marion County. M.M. Parrish then formed a joint venture with Charles R. Perry Construction for the Alachua County Jail to which I was transferred.
