• All bookkeeping activities, including VAT Submissions based on various VAT Schemes like Cash, Standard, Flat rate, and retail VAT Schemes. Dealing with MTD on different software Sage line 50.• Purchase and sales ledger control with reconciliations and credit control activities.• Dealing with different Nominal codes, chart of accounts and Tax Codes.• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable and dealing with HMRC related to VAT inquiries.• Reconcile invoices received with orders and statements and prepare for payment and Process payment of invoices.• Post general, debtor and creditor journals and reconcile supplier statements.• Resolving account payable and receivable issues or queries.• Investigating, processing, and evaluating bills or invoices for services rendered.• Processing payroll, generating pay slips, Maternity & Statutory pay, forms P45 and P60 and RTI submissions,• Pension Schemes using Sage Payroll 50 and ensure that receivables are collected promptly.• Process sales and purchase invoices on a weekly basis and quarterly VAT returns with different schemes.• Conduct Bank reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy.

• Handling accounting, bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and financial reports including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.• Preparing accounts for Sole Traders, Partnerships, and Limited Companies.• Assisting the tax department with VAT returns, Payroll Tax, and Corporation Tax tasks.
