Establish, implement and manage R&D process developing new products and formulations for current and potential customer evaluation and commercialization. Create and commercialize bench-top prototypes for large scale manufacturing and determine functional systems based on product attributes and processes. Calculate nutritional data and accountable for all regulatory and compliance policies and programs including product, nutritional labeling, marketing claims, public health and intellectual property. Build and maintain internal technical data library and enter technical information into customer databases. Conduct daily food sensory evaluations for raw ingredients and finished goods.Perform cooking validation for current and new product development projects.Conduct shelf-life studies for internal use and customer requests.
