My responsibilities, include, but are not limited to the following: Development and implementation of interdisciplinary lesson plans grounded in constructivism that integrate visual culture and TAB philosophies into daily teaching sessions for Sculpture, Drawing, Painting, and Beginning Visual Design and general art. Assessment and evaluation of a diverse student population through authentic standards based rubrics and critiques. Retain status as a Highly Qualified Teacher and National Board Certified Teacher. Collaboration with colleagues to create a Professional Learning Community. Plan and enhance learning for all students, including alternative plans for special populations within the mainstreamed classroom.

Provide art instruction for children in grades pre-K-8.Develop projects for an overarching themed week.Provide support and help manage middle and high school interns during classes.
