Ebitda increased from 420 million Euro to 1 billion in 2019 making over 60 acquisitions 2011-2020 Behind the numbers, I established a cultural shift, internationally in terms of business communication, management, and teamwork. I take pride in working with senior teams, helping management address opportunities and challenges in both public and privately owned companies Since leaving Brenntag I have been very busy providing expert analysis to many stakeholders in the Chemicals distribution and manufacturing sectors which I have now formalised with the establishment of Alchemist Consulting Group LtdA significant part of my time has been dedicated to the investment community with deep dives into business models and financial performance In 2021 I joined the advisory board of Agilis Chemicals, New York who specialised in bespoke customer with the very latest digital technologyMore recently I advised Advent private equity on the acquisition of Caldic Bv a global top ten speciality chemicals distributor and solutions provider and have now joined Caldic"s advisory Committee I am also Chairman of the Groups Environments social and Governance committee which of course includes a strong commitment to sustainability
