Hired as the RBC Energy Services, LLC General Manager, I was brought in to build the operational and safety procedures. I have managed the physical rebuilding of the disposal facility and a cultural overhaul of the operational and safety programs. I was responsible for drafting and finalizing the Operations Manual and protocol for all of the current safety and operational procedures. With the help of safety experts, I developed a safety program that brought the company into compliance with OSHA, the RRC, the EPA, and the TCEQ. RBC has been audited by these agencies and has met or exceeded their safety and environmental regulations as well as the requirements of major oil companies and other independent auditing companies. I have negotiated with OSHA on inspections and citations, to their conclusion in abatement. In negotiating with OSHA, I have been successful in having fines reduced, citations narrowed to limit future issues, and citations dismissed. I have also negotiated with major and independent oil companies on Master Service Agreements and have successfully protected the interests of the company. I have managed our employees along with maintaining the facility and I have a unique ability to communicate with employees and encourage them to perform at their very best.
