The lead on infrastructure to monitor and maintain ICT services. Providing 1st/2nd and some 3rd line helpdesk support to an agreed SLA over the telephone, remotely and in attendance across 10 sites, 300 staff and all learners. Key duties and responsibilities include:• To ensure a professional, high quality ICT Support provision is delivered to the company• To continuously assess the company’s local and wide area network provision in conjunction with telephony and server solutions to ensure continuous development and innovation of corporate systems• Engage with all sectors of the organisation to understand, monitor and support the needs of the business in the use and development of ICT systems• Support the ICT Services Team Leader in the negotiation with external suppliers for the following areas – Telephony, mobile contracts, copier and printing, WAN connectivity and any other as required• Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans to effectively ensure all data and systems are protected and can be efficiently reinstated in the event of minor or total loss• Review, update and document ICT policies and procedures

• Assist teachers in the delivery of lessons using IT.• Support office and administrative staff with the use of computer software and hardware.• Support pupils with the use of computer software and hardware.• Install, maintain and repair the IT hardware.• Liaise with the Network Manager to ensure an up-to-date inventory is kept of all the School’s computer hardware.• Install and test new software.• Make sure the School’s software is available to appropriate users.• Maintain reliable network system backups.• Carry out routine network maintenance checks.• Set up, maintain and remove user network accounts where appropriate.• Provide technical support to run the Network systems efficiently
