- Responsible for annual store growth of 20+ stores- Supporting and developing the brand across 250 UK Licensed stores with large Licensed business partners such as SSP, Village Hotels and Welcome Break- Responsible for the integration and development of UK Licensed store programmes including “New Store Opening Process”, subsequently adopted for all EMEA Licensed store openings- Implementation and delivery of Quarterly Business Review structure with Licensed Brand Leaders

- Responsible for the leadership and growth of over 15 sites and 200 personnel including Stansted and Luton airports- Developed successful relationship with BAA, establishing Stansted as Starbuck’s highest turnover store globally- Led the development and growth of our licensed business at Welcome Break, Luton Airport, Drive Thru stores, as well as managing Hertfordshire, Essex and Airport company owned stores

- Oversaw the development of the Airport business, including 19 stores across major UK airports and 250 personnel- Liaised with airport retail teams and company functions such as HR, Learning Development, Marketing, Store Design and Construction to establish a profitable and sustainable business model

- Responsible for 15 sites and 150 personnel in the City and then West End- Overseeing the consolidation of store performance and striving to improve results for the area whilst opening 5 more sites
