I supervised 22 engineers across Scotland and Northern England, Worked as part of a middle management team of 4 supervisors for contract fire’s service department, who reported directly to the operations manager.

North East

Part of a regional team of 5 engineers covering the north of England and Scotland, we responded to callouts and services alike.

As part of a service team covering the North east, we were mainly maintaining and repairing Nursecall, warden call and door entry systems.Often called out to fire alarms and security I was drawn towards this site of the business and looked for further development in this field.

Part of only 2 service engineers, we travelled the UK servicing and installing CCTV systems for the majority of police forces. These included Child protection suites and cell block CCTV. We were solely responsibly to organize our entire month's work from the road and always achieved expected KPI's

Tynetec manufactured nurse call, door entry and fire alarm systems, I started at Tynetec as part of an apprenticeship, I was taken through collage and developed into a test technician whom repaired equipment to component level, I also attended upgrades on site and this with the customer interaction inspired me to move my development onto a service role.
