I worked on Mazak Machines undertaking installations, de-com/re-com, servicing, alignments and general maintenance.

I commenced my apprenticeship at East Kilbride Group Training Association For 6 months where I learned the fundamentals on mechanical/ electrical maintenance. Along with this I spent time on manual Bridgeport Lathes and Milling machines learning a basic knowledge on machining. I visited Langside college on day release to complete NC electrical engineering. I spent 3 years on the road working with various skilled service engineers gaining knowledge on different aspects of engineering on Mazak machines.
