I mastered the skills of accountability/productivity coaching, time management, technology strategy planning, project management, and developing and implementing software solutions and systems while supporting the success of many large organizations, including Texaco, American Family Insurance, Catalyst International, Wells Fargo, United States Department of Defense, the FBI, American Express, US Bank, Mayo Clinic, Health Care Services Corp, The College Board, United Health Group, First Tennessee Bank, BC / BS Canada, Thrivent Financial, Travelers Insurance, United States Patent and Trademark Office, Unites States Air Force, United States Army, and the Centers for Disease Control. In my 44 years of successful IT consulting, I had roles: Programmer, Data Base Administrator, Data Base Designer, Project Manager, Director of Project Services, Scrum Master, Program Manager, Data Architect, Business/System Analyst, Agile Software Development Coach, and Instructor. Working across all these different large organizations in all of these different roles was an amazing (and sometimes astounding) learning experience, but now my focus is empowering motivated individuals (entrepreneurs and small business owners) to “level up” their business growth and impact, with the same cutting-edge accountability coaching, productivity principles and tech savy that helped my large organization clients grow and thrive. I greatly admire the many excellent qualities of entrepreneurs and believes that owning and running a successful small business is a powerful “force for good” in the world. As an Accountability Coach, I love working with and supporting people that I admires (and I'm very happy that I will never again have to work with or for any ass-hats).
