Here, I was specially recruited to oversee logistics planning, operational readiness support, and budgetary analysis for $80M in MFEA international exercises throughout Africa and Europe. As such, I lead all aspects of logistics operations planning, sourcing, and implementation in collaboration with combatant commands and partner nations as a key strategic planner and team leader. I drive logistics management operations, including coordination with cross-functional teams and leaders, controlled operations exercises, and logistical data analytics/reporting. I advise teams and leaders as an SME regarding a $20M budget.During my time here so far, I have excelled as a Project Lead for the development, implementation, and management of Base Life Support in Norway. I drove two Base Life Support projects: Norway ($9.5 million annual cost) and Spain ($6.5 million annual cost). I have realized over $600k in annual cost savings through in-depth analysis of Spain Base Life Support’s performance metrics. Additionally, I successfully managed a complex process of 230 international agreement transactions valued at over $65M within African and European regions.

During my time here, I was promoted to a position in charge of strategic curriculum planning, instruction and performance improvements, and learning program design/management. I drove the performance of nine faculty advisors, eight external instructors, and six intermediate MAGTF Logistics Operations Courses (IMLOC) for a six-week course. I trained and mentored over 160 Logistics Operations Officers and Chiefs in multiple operations and supply chain areas, including contract support, finance, and budgeting. I created curriculum and instruction models and continuously improved program methods and practices. Moreover, I successfully oversaw a six-month program to improve and optimize IMLOC curriculum of 59k+ skills from a Master Lesson File, closing learning gaps and ensuring comprehensive comprehension. I championed optimization of learning environments through assessment and analysis of classroom environments and instruction methods.

In this role, I championed logistics, operations, and financial planning for multiple concurrent TSC exercises as a cross-functional program and team leader. I managed projects throughout lifecycles, including scope and budget planning, team performance, transportation, engineering, and international partnership development. I drove logistics support planning, coordination with partner nations, and emergency/disaster relief planning. I continuously improved processes, created policies and procedures/technical instruction, and fiscal reporting/recommendations. I created and deployed over $3M worth of logistic support plans and commercial contracts for six TSC exercises as a diligent program leader, strategic planner, and cross-functional collaborator.

As a Contracting Officer, I was specially recruited as a project lead for assessing and addressing a gap within the organization’s ability to decontaminate vehicles in chemical environments. I conducted market research and analytical evaluations regarding vendor products in the CBRNE industry, including financial viability and budgetary constraints.
