• Mobile Engineer (UK wide) dealing with service and maintenance of pumping equipment and controls, in situ; including on-call services.• Direct contact with customers including appropriately questioning in order to aid pre-visit diagnostics and assess customer’s requirements to achieve quickest resolution to reported problems.• Fault diagnosis for multiple pumping solution situations – electrical and mechanical.• Identifying opportunities for system improvements in order to prevent fault re-occurrence with the ability to recognise when immediate implication is suitable and when further authorisation or customer agreement is required.• Compliance with on site regulations for a variety of sites and situations.

Acting As Relief Shift Manager: responsible for production process and staffing including timekeeping and holidays; sickness & return to work; training & development; deployment on shift and discipline. • Overseeing operation of 6 line production department delivering weekly production plan with ability to adapt plan when demands prove necessary.• At all times considering cross-contamination and allergen control; and to ensure production also accommodates all CIP requirements. • Liaise with process to ensure constant and sufficient supply for production requirements accounting for necessary alterations to expected volumes. • Required to monitor KPI, OEE and HACCP and act as necessary in-line with continuous improvement policy.Also: Highly skilled Total Productive Maintenance operative capable of running and maintaining a wide variety of production and CIP equipment. Operating within compliance requirements for traceability and weights and measures. Lines produce at up to 20 000 pots/hour.

• Operative Team Leader: responsible the achievement of daily targets – experienced at working effectively with KPIs; adhering to food production regulations including: legal butterfat and water content restrictions, Weights and Measures Act, and product coding requirements. • Responsible for weekly start up procedures and seeking continuous improvement, including of CIP and preparation of all polybottling lines for commencement of production.• Use of computerised system to retrieve and satisfy production targets, including programmes for orders and weights and measures. Liaise effectively with Process to ensure supply for demand with minimum waste adjusting production order if necessary. • Highly skilled operative across department wide equipment range; also trained and competent in machine repairs in line with TPM practice.
