Current• Receiving customer enquiries and providing detailed technical pump equipment selections to produce quotations for service, replacement, spares, repairs: with an understanding and appreciation of situation urgency.• Producing documents to send to clients; assessing contracts and agreeing T&Cs. • Providing technical support to clients and off-site SRM engineers.• Continual monitoring of communications, including from telemetry equipment, and responding appropriately; responding to urgent out-of-hours requests from customers
