- Operative Team Leader: responsible the achievement of daily targets – experienced at working effectively with KPIs; adhering to food production regulations including: legal butterfat and water content restrictions.
- Responsible for weekly start up procedures and seeking continuous improvement, including of CIP and preparation of all polybottling lines for commencement of production.
- Use of computerised system to retrieve and satisfy production targets, including programmes for orders and weights and measures. Liaise effectively with Process to ensure supply for demand with minimum waste adjusting.
- Highly skilled operative across department wide equipment range; also trained and competent in machine repairs in line with TPM practice. Line speeds vary from 50-200 bottles per minute and are set up to a TA line.
