I was employed within the Unitrans/CFAO Group as a Used Vehicle Sales Executive at Reeds N1 City.I have been extensively trained The Reeds way and feel confident to expand my horizons as I progress in any given sales position for the future.The reason for me specifying "The Reeds way" is because I do believe that they are a company which invests in their staff and strive for success within the company. To me this shows that they are set on creating strong teams in order to maximise everyone's potential! I have learnt alot about dealing with clients and the fact that there are many different ways of dealing with certain clients in general.What stands out the most for me as a Sales Executive is honesty and guidance as procedures are being followed in order to establish good-clear communication as well as managing clients expectations. Thus gaining trust and creating a client for life.I believe in building strong relationships and it ensures good word of mouth as well.

I was employed as a Sales Executive at Auto Pedigree which falls under the Imperial Group.I have built-up alot of experience with regards to sales procedures, customer service & sourcing of my own prospects.I have learned that customer service is pivotal and meeting a client's needs as well as ensuring that they happy are are very important.I have built a solid foundation with regards to client gaining tactics and learned that setting of appointments is one of the best ways to source clients as opposed to relying on walk-in clients.I find myself to be a technically-minded individual which has helped me with regards to product knowledge and allowing me to promote the cars in such a manner that it can flow in conversation, thus gaining client's full attention.My main priority is to please clients through top quality customer service which will in-turn help me because as you know - Word of mouth is the best way to ensure future business and outstanding referrals.

I was employed and trained as Field Technician for Joat Group (Sales &, Consulting)Through this experience it has benefited me in the sense of work experience and handling of large scale water based projects in and around the Western Cape.It has allowed me to run projects and I feel that I have acquired a great amount of skills which will enhance my overall working abilities for the future.
