1989 - 1996 Fab manufacturing Assistent Manager in Kihung Korea- Shift manager for 3 years at the Line 4 in Kihung. Responsible for running a shift with 120 shift workers. (89.2 to 92.3)- Dispached to Boston MA for one year as an area specialist to learn English and to know more about American culture.(92.4 to 93.4)- Prepare Samsung's first oversea's FAB operation in Austin Texas. Hire local Manufacturing managers and operators and training the new hired local employees at Kihung site. Prepare for Austin FAB operation to copy headquaters operation know-hows to the Austin FAB(93.5 to 97.7)1997 - 2003 Fab Manufacturing Senior Manager in Austin Texas- Hire Manufacturing management and operators and train them competitive as a HQ FAB people.- Run the FAB with an american Manufacturing counterpart, ramp up to keep 40,000 wafer per month production line.2003 - 2010 Global operation center in Memory division as Senior manager- Responsible for Samsung's DRAM production planning from wafer FAB to the Package line.(03.11 to 07.6)- Participate to upgrade Samung memory devision SCM(Supply Chain Management) system(07.7 to 09.10)- Promoted to a vice president and assigned to the leader of production planning team reporting to the memory division president.(09.12 to 10.11)2011 - 2013 Global pakage operation team(Production planning team) as a vice president- Provide a monthly and weekly forecast to the sales team and try to meet the committed plan.- Work to improve the SCM system not only to provide a accurate production number to the customers but to suggest a reasonable production plan to the production line.2014 - 2017.5 Test and Package manufacturing as Vice President- Assigned to a team leader of the Logic package line(Line 2 and Line C) managing about 600 people including technicians and operators - Mainly produce AP for Apple and Samsung mobile division.2017. 6 ~ 2017.12 A sabbatical year by end of year.2018. 1 ~ 2019. 7 Worked as a consultant
