I worked with the Southwestern Company for five years, three of them spent recruiting and training. I transferred to Family Heritage and Legacy in November of 2004. I started as the only agent living and working full-time in Florida. We now have a client base in nearly every county in the state with a couple dozen agencies around the state. I have active business in FL, GA, NC, and KY. My goal is to help the other agents I work with find other business professionals to partner with and develop their growing base of business. I am in a sales business, but specialize in recruiting and training agents for sales and to build their own agencies. Whether someone has sales experience or not, my expertise is to take them to the next level so they can achieve the goals they have set for themselves. We want our agents to be service oriented, helping our clients fill their insurance needs with affordable benefits. My other objective is to independently partner with the best people to help build the states of Florida and Georgia for Family Heritage.
