Working on various Brownfields and Greenfields Projects for different clients in the Resources sector.

Responsible for the project management and delivery of 'Brownfields' projects on the Woodside LNG Plant. As part of the Worley 'Karratha Life Extension' Project team, I am involved in various bid proposals as well as delivering the Pre-Execute and Execute phases of projects on time and within budget. Liaising with Client, Vendors, Contractors and Suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of each project and reporting back to Client on a weekly basis.

Working with the owners team (Chevron) on Barrow Island, I was responsible for managing various 'Brownfields' projects on the new Gorgon LNG Plant. This work typically included engineering solutions being managed, procurement, 3rd party vendor engagement, Construction and Commissioning activities as well as managing cost and schedule. Each project utilised the Chevron Management of Change process as well as the various 'inhouse' software packages to facilitate project close out.

Client representative responsible for approving the Contractors 'As Built' Ex Registers and handover to Engineering for the final EEHA HAVD consolidation to meet Australian Standards. My responsibilities include facilitating the handover of all EEHA ITR’s performed overseas into the Projects Completion System 'Zenator' to achieve system turnover. Addressing any E/I/EEHA Technical Queries that arise from the site Contractor and provide suitable solutions.

Responsible for the Global EEHA inspection program and execution of all package and fabrication yard activities for the Downstream Gorgon Project. Coordinating a team of eighty EEHA Competent Engineers, Technical Authorities and Inspectors in various overseas locations to ensure compliance to AS60079. Managing both the Electrical and Instrument Engineering groups for the Gorgon LNG Facility 'General Utilities Area' comprising of thirty six engineering and design personnel. Providing guidance to both E&I personnel to help resolve technical queries, maintain cost and resources within budget, manage change effectively and help support the projects HSE philosophy.

Managed the Instrument Engineering and Design group for various 'Tengiz' Chevron projects comprising of both local Kazakhs and Expat resources. Responsible for the technically acceptable handover of the engineering and design phase to the client ensuring compliance in accordance with Kazakhstan regulations.

Woodside “LNG Stabiliser Train 6 Project”Responsibilities included Material Requisitions/Datasheets for various field instrumentation including Control Valves, Actuated On/Off Valves, Vortex Meters, VA Meters, RVP Analyser, F&G equipment and miscellaneous bulk items.Responsible for evaluating tender bids to the point of award. Other duties include project HAZOP study involvement and support of the design team effort including checking of deliverable drawings.
