I also worked for Apollo cruise lines and large outside events companies catering to various cultural backgrounds.I currently run a large team of 160 team members with various skill sets and cultural backgrounds.My current place of business operates 24 hours a day with responsibilities of OPEX, Food Quality, Menu development, Staff training, Food cost, Appentice development, Project management with outlet development.Treasury Casino and Hotel has 6 restaurants from Fine Dine Australian, Fusion Asian, Destination noodle, function/ private dining,buffet and cafe.We also have an apprentice school for 20+ students.We have just opened 2 new outlets and rebranded 2 outlets and developed our internal staff restaurant which caters for up 1500 covers a day.We recently won the right to build a large integrated casino and multiple casino resort called the destination Brisbane which will change up to 15% of Brisbane City centre, 50 new F&B outlets opening in 2022,
