As a driven law enforcement professional and instinctive leader, I pursue endeavors that force me to develop and gain new skills. Effective working independently or as part of a team, I am able to achieve desired objectives and outcomes. Technologically savvy and highly adaptable, I take joy in working in fast-paced settings that allow me to use my critical thinking expertise. Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish allows me to better connect with members of our communities. I have a passion for community policing, especially as it relates to root problems within our communities. The passion within my career field has allowed me to use my interpersonal skills to both, help members within our communities and aid in the growth of other law enforcement professionals alike.
