CurrentSteven Kachanian is a real estate professional with a proven track record in the field. He is the founder and Managing Principal of Klosed Properties, a vertically integrated real estate platform for commercial and residential investments in the New York metro area and in select global markets. As a tight-knit and nimble family firm, since 2007 Klosed Properties has completed over 100 transactions and invested over $800,000,000 purchasing retail condos, mixed-use and multifamily buildings. Bluesky Group is the asset management arm of Klosed properties. It focuses in the acquisition and management of multi-family and mixed-use properties in all the five boroughs of New York City.In the spring of 2010, Steven attained his M.S. in real estate finance from New York University. He is an active member of ICSC, CHIP, AIPAC, FIDF, and a number of other charitable organizations.
