I have extensive experience in various roles within the retail industry, including Category Manager, Senior Trade Marketing, and Demand Supply Planner. In my current position as a Category Manager at AEON BIG, I am responsible for managing over 200 supplier accounts in the Beverage & Breakfast category, handling contract negotiations, and developing marketing strategies. I analyze sales data and market trends to optimize sales growth and assist in buying decisions based on sales analysis and planogram review. Additionally, we monitor stock turnover levels and ensure healthy stock levels while securing and analyzing sales and market intelligence data to meet sales and profit objectives with the team of total grocery.During my tenure as Senior Trade Marketing at YLTC SDN BHD, I oversaw demand and purchasing teams for 700 retail sites with a team of around 20 people. Collaborated with key suppliers as the Master Distributor, communicated sales information through trade bulletins and monthly meetings, and managed sales promotion budgets and evaluations. I successfully executed trade activities, conducted pre and post-evaluations to measure ROI, and identified and collaborated on programs to drive volume sales and increase distribution.
