My general responsibility is to ensure a safe and a healthy work environment, especially, for personnel working on the rail. This is achieved by providing adequate health and safety surpervision of all work sites under my domaine, including level crossings, to ensure that the workplace is free of any hazard or reduce risk to workers or other people that are closely associated with our work. I encourage workteams to see the need to conduct pre-start and toolbox meetings on a daily basis before any work commences. I make sure every one has and use correct personal protective equipments and tools. I do daily alcohol test for workers and conduct safe act observations. Provide relevant health and safety information to workers. I undertake incident investigatons and do rapid reporting.My responsibility involves all that it takes to continually ensure and promote a stonge safety culture in the company so that we can, if possible, achieve our goal of zero tollarance to incidebnts .

I was responsible for the general management of drugs. Procurement and stock control of drugs and medical materials. Supply of drugs and medical materials to various units as required. Weekly health presentations on the safe use of drugs for both patients and other health personnel.Identify substandard and expired medication and withdraw from use. Provide supervision for dispensary staff. Maintain a well organized pharmacy and ensure a healthy relationship between the hospital management and the pharmacy regulatory body.

This was a humanitarian organization that was providing food and medication to severelly malnurished children,their siblings, and there mothers or caregivers.My resposibility was to screen and identify severly malnurished children and ensure they were admitted at the organization's premises.I was responsible for mornitoring their growth and development on a daily basis and file reports to the relevent personnel. I was responsibe for referring ill children to other health service providers as required. Children reaching our discharge criteria I also take to their respective distination.
