Current• Flow cytometry QC analyst. Operate BD Fortessa, NovoCyte Quanteon, and other BD instruments with multiparametric lasers for surface and intracellular staining of target antibodies/cells.• GMP validation and testing of products, most recently, human xhCD3.• Experience with blocking antibodies and detection for COVID-19 (SARS-COV-2) as well as other blocking assays.• SOP author for multiple laboratory tests.• Mitogenic stimulation of primary cells and cell lines for differentiation.• Differentiation of PBMCs to various immune cells including Th2, Th1, macrophages, and other immune cells.• Cell isolation of various cells using MagCellect or column selection.• Multiple cell culture techniques.• PBMC isolation from human whole blood.• IHC testing and analysis.• Murine isolation of splenocytes, thymocytes, and bone marrow.
