Steve Kassimatis is a Senior Client Partner aligned to Korn Ferry’s Global Industrial Markets with a focus on natural resources, energy transition, and agribusiness. He has partnered with hundreds of clients to optimize organizational structures and deliver leadership talent that drives performance in commodity-based sectors including mining, forest products, and agribusiness. A growing focus of his has been executive search and talent advisory assignments that bridge the gap between technology and traditional industrial clients so that they can further advance technologies and support a more sustainable planet. Prior to Korn Ferry, Mr. Kassimatis spent twenty years as an executive in an industrial start-up and as a consultant for a medium-sized public company. He spent three years with an investment bank as a senior analyst originating emerging market structured debt finance deals. Together with his ten years of executive search experience in the global industrial sector, Mr. Kassimatis understands the importance of sourcing top-caliber talent to fill key strategic positions within industrial organizations across all verticals. Steve earned an MBA, specializing in finance and strategic management, from the University of British Columbia and has a Bachelor of General Studies from Simon Fraser University.
