Including programme and project delivery, project management processes, and liaising with internal and external stakeholder of project deliverables.

Working for the Bosch Group as Senior Engineer. Accountable for a 12 strong team controlling the Production systems and oversight of all the process functional testing strategies. Responsible for project strategy and budget planning including capital purchase plant and equipment. Senior member of the global test development overview board and development of projects focused on Design for manufacture and FMEA for Process and Software. Safety critical and Regulatory documentation. Responsible for the continuous improvement strategy and maintenance of production volume output and all areas of operational plant & production. Maintaining functionality throughout all areas of manufacturing as required. Provision staff and equipment to support Production Engineering and Maintenance Plant departments.Identification of underperforming or unsuitable production control processes and improve manufacturing yield and quality through further implementation of Lean manufacturing Pull systems, 5S and TPM, elimination of waste within operational areas and driving forward the Continuous Improvement Process. To foster stronger links via general and quality projects with other global BOSCH plants and create a unified international strategy built on mutual experience.

Working as a Senior Systems Development Engineer for a high volume Japanese automotive instrumentation Manufacturer. My position with UK-NSI was very much a proactive role requiring extensive supporting documentation and data analysis. I have designed and programmed additional test equipment for automatic vision inspection of assembled units as well as reducing the cycle times of all the Honda BMW and Landrover based production lines. My position at UK-NSI required me to design and specify the technical electronic and software requirements for Capital Production equipment. I am required to source suppliers and supervise the progress and introduction of complete production lines and provide 1st level support to production.Following the successful introduction of products I then continue to refine the equipment processes with a combination of hardware and software improvements.

My position with RG Automation was very much a Project Engineer role supervising full turnkey projects. Providing Electrical design, Purchasing, Software programming, Customer support,Documentation and onsite commissioning.This position required me to interpret the technical demands of customers and produce more detailed designs and specifications to meet those requirements within the budget allowed by the project.I was required to source, expedite and kit all materials in sufficient time to commence production and/ or installation on the dates specified by the production schedule. All electrical project assemblies were overseen by myself, as well as providing full technical support to the project.My role as Project Engineer was to provide Management support to a team of Technical Engineers. In addition to this I was able to draw from an additional resource pool of 16 skilled persons in order to complete larger projects.
