The main scope of my experience is in retail; working in a specialist electrical goods store for 13 Years. I have gained a lot of experience in dealing with customer needs, including; excellent communication skills by listening and responding to their requests as well as explaining technical matters in an understandable manner and going the extra mile for customers as and when required. I have also gained practical skills, by learning about the technicalities of the products and installing them into homes, businesses and hotels and feel that good product knowledge is key in being able to provide outstanding customer service.As a salesman I am conscious of targets and driven by the rewards that achieving that objective can bring, individually or as part of a team. I currently work as part of a small team, I have individual responsibilities, but as co-workers, we always work as a together, ensuring that everyone is successful at completing individual tasks. My current role requires a pro active and can do attitude to solving un planned events and problems in order to achieve good results for the company.
