We handled everything full-cycle from start to finish and I am a firm believer that taking ownership/accountability is the #1 most important thing to being successful. When you are in charge of the entire process and responsible for coordinating with every party involved, you are the deciding factor and there is no one else to blame for your mistakes.After years of success in the mortgage industry as both a producer and team leader, I decided to take my talents and enter the life insurance industry where I had been able to train and coach both new and experienced agents, while again, producing at a high level myself. There aren't many things more rewarding than setting a standard of excellence and watching others improve as a result.Now, I have recently begun my journey into software sales. With my entire career up to this point being in financial sales I am excited for a new beginning. I’m more focused and locked in than ever before and ready to make a name for myself.On the personal side of things outside of work, I am always looking for ways to challenge myself daily. As such, I am a fitness fanatic as well as a drummer of 20+ years. While both of these things are very physical in nature, I love them even more for the mental side of things. I keep detailed track of my workouts and my goal is to improve slightly every day so that over time my slight improvements compound into significant improvements. Same thing with my drumming.
