Accountable for coordinating with Sr. Business leaders in support of Business Process Risk Management (BPRM) program/strategy for Operations processes. The business processes supported are Item Processing, Statement Rendering, Lockbox, Wires, ATM operations support, Cash Vaults, and Fraud Detection and Mitigation operations. Primary Responsibilities is to lead and consult in support of defining business process scope, process mapping, risk identification, and process control reviews for effectiveness and enhancements to mitigate associated business risks.

Responsible for the Desert Southwest Region of the Central Image and Item processing centers within the Enterprise Payment Operations Group. Accountable for day to day operations for the traditional paper item processing sites in the region and the Virtual Distributive item processing capture and data perfection sites. We succeed with empowered and engaged employees that received and captured all paper items from stores and customers, and preform data perfection for all the electronically captured images as well as those captured in our physical operations across Wells Fargo enterprise. These include Branches, ATM's, Cash Vaults (internal and external), wholesale customer capture, Lockbox, and traditional Item Processing sites across the country.
